The project scope included the installation and integration of Heating, Ventilation, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Building Management Systems (BMS), DALI Lighting, Power, Data, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems. This extensive restoration project was executed over a three-year period, ensuring thorough and consistent maintenance throughout.

This architectural marvel was initially designed as a steam powered Flaxmill and remained in operation in this capacity for nearly a century. Today, this historic building has been restored and repurposed, serving as a versatile venue for a wide range of events.
