JPR Group undertook a comprehensive project to enhance the Abode student accommodation by installing a wide range of essential utilities. This encompassed the creation of brand-new WC/shower rooms, modern kitchenettes, and a robust domestic water system, complete with a dedicated plant room servicing a total of 103 student apartments. Building on this work, operatives seamlessly integrated all necessary electrical components, fitting sockets, lighting fixtures, alarm systems, and secure door access mechanisms throughout the entire complex. This holistic approach ensured that every aspect of the accommodation was not only functional but also optimise for the comfort and convenience of its students.
